#Sounds of Tokyo
On our recent visit to Tokyo to see in the New Year, I recorded a few short audio clips on my phone. They make for pleasing vignettes of a city which is well known for being visually over-stimulating to the western-eye, but until you’ve visited it’s difficult to imagine that this overstimulation is perhaps even more pronounced from a sound perspective. That being said, there are moments of quiet, and moments of blissful sound to be found across the city.
