As of 2023 I am offering coaching sessions to current and aspiring Design Leaders. I know from hard earned experience that it can be difficult being a Design Leader. You’re often the senior-most designer in your organisation with peers who face a very different set of challenges in their own disciplines and you’re unlikely to benefit from a manager who has been a design and design leadership practitioner. That leaves a gap in your arsenal for dealing with the many challenges that come from running a design organisation which I think coaching is well suited to fill.
I’m looking forward to talking to fellow design leaders about a broad range of topics - things like professional development and career progression, organisational design and operating models, creating and sustaining design culture, navigating the job market and negotiating offers, conference talks, etc.
