Camo Studio turns your iOS device into a high quality webcam for your Mac. It supports all of the major video calling platforms, and from my limited testing so far works way better than even a decent webcam. The app feels like a proper native Mac application, and there is seemingly no lag or artefacts as you might expect for using a third party app on both the camera and host devices.
